• You will receive a written estimate with a detailed description of the work we propose.
• You will hear from us to select colors and schedule work dates once the proposal is accepted.
• You can expect a visit from the estimator or management team member during your project to make sure everything is being done the way you want it—on time, as planned.
• You will receive a thank you letter and a link to an online report card when your job is complete. We want to hear your voice after our work is done. If we did less than excellent, we’ll call to see how we can make it better.
